What can I say about outdoor jobs, it will NOT last if it’s not prepared properly. Whether your home is made of metal or wood, it is important to grind or sand it down as much as possible. I will then apply a top of the line primer and 2 coats of a finish product. You can always pay for a quick sanding and paint job but be prepared to do it all over again in a few years or I can do the job right, you pay the cost once, and you don't worry about it for many years and save money in the long run. Picking the right colours and doing the job proper will modernize your home and add to its resale value.

Aluminum

The process for aluminum siding is very different. Your aluminum is probably not peeling as much as it is fading and a grey colour is coming through. I use a high output pressure washer with a brush and a environmentally friendly chemical, that’s safe for everything around the home, to get all the loose manufacture paint off. I will then apply a primer and finish products with a spray gun or a sponge roller, both will give your aluminum siding an original look.  The products I use are the top of line, all you have to do is pick your colour and enjoy your newly updated and beautiful home.
